We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and child-centered Hindi Teacher to teach Grades 3 and 4. The ideal candidate should have strong classroom management skills, the ability to design interactive learning experiences, and a deep understanding of language development in young learners. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum requirements while fostering a love for Hindi language and literature.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging lessons based on the CBSE curriculum for Grades 3 & 4.
Teach Hindi language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools as per school guidelines.
Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in children.
Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
Maintain accurate student records, grades, and documentation as required.
Provide individualized support to students who require additional language reinforcement.
Integrate activity-based learning methods such as storytelling, role plays, poems, language games, worksheets, and group activities.
Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of students during class hours.
Collaborate with grade teachers, coordinators, and support staff for school-wide academic goals.
Communicate effectively and empathetically with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
Participate in school events, cultural programs, competitions, and celebrations.
Attend regular training, workshops, and professional development sessions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hindi / Education (B.Ed. mandatory).
Prior experience teaching Hindi at primary level (preferably in a CBSE school).
Strong command over written and spoken Hindi, with good proficiency in English.
Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use digital tools, smart classroom systems, and basic computer applications.
Passion for teaching young learners with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm.
