Job Summary:

The Hindi Teacher is responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature, developing students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Hindi language, grammar, and literature as per syllabus Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids Develop students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills Conduct classwork, homework, tests, and examinations Evaluate and maintain student performance records Improve students' handwriting, pronunciation, and vocabulary Encourage appreciation of Hindi literature and culture Provide remedial support to slow learners Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment Communicate with parents regarding student progress Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities Follow school rules, policies, and academic calendar

Required Qualifications:

Graduation/Post Graduation in Hindi B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification (as per school norms)

Skills & Competencies:

Strong command over Hindi language Effective communication and classroom management skills Ability to make language learning interesting and interactive Patience, dedication, and student-focused approach Basic computer skills for academic documentation

Salary:

As per school norms and experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
