Role Overview

The

Hindi Teacher (One-day Exams)

will be responsible for delivering

high-quality live classes

for various one-day competitive exams such as

SSC, Banking, Railway, Defence, Police, Teaching & other state-level exams

.

Hindi subject ko exam-oriented tareeke se, conceptual clarity + PYQs + MCQs ke saath padhana

, taaki students ki selection-oriented preparation ho sake.

Key Responsibilities1. Live Teaching (Hindi - One-day Exams)

Conduct

live Hindi classes

(YouTube/App/Studio) for SSC, Banking, Railway, Defence, Police, Teaching, and other one-day exams. Cover

Grammar (???????), Vocabulary, Comprehension, Error Detection, Translation, Writing Skills

etc. as per exam pattern. Explain concepts in

simple, student-friendly language

with real exam examples.
2. Exam-Oriented Content Delivery

Design and teach from

PYQs (Previous Year Questions), Model Papers, Practice Sets, Topic-wise MCQs

. Focus on

short tricks + concepts

, dono ka balance maintain karna. Regular

revision sessions, marathon classes, and practice sessions

conduct karna.
3. Content Creation & Planning

Prepare

class-wise plans, topic-wise notes, question banks, worksheets, and tests

for students. Collaborate with the content team to create: Topic-wise PDF notes Practice MCQs and sectional tests Homework assignments and doubt sheets Suggest improvements in batch structure, timing, and content flow based on student response.
4. Student Engagement & Doubt Solving

Take

live doubts

during and after class (chat / comments / dedicated doubt session). Motivate students, maintain

positive and disciplined classroom environment

(online + offline both, if required). Track student progress through tests, polls, homework, and provide feedback where needed.
5. Academic Discipline & Coordination

Start classes

on time

, complete syllabus as per academic planner. Coordinate with

Academic Head / Batch Coordinator

for timetable, special classes, test discussions, and marathon sessions. Participate in

faculty meetings, academic reviews, and training sessions

.
6. Additional Academic Activities (If Required)

Record

short concept videos / shorts / reels

for Hindi language tips, exam tricks, and motivational content. Support in

free demo classes, scholarship tests, orientation webinars, and promo sessions

for batches.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Student

attendance & consistency

in live classes. Student feedback and

class rating

(qualitative + quantitative).

Result-oriented performance

- improvement in test scores, selections, and exam outcomes. Timely completion of

syllabus and academic planner

. Quality and regularity of

academic content (MCQs, PDFs, tests)

Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum

Graduation

(preferably in Hindi / Arts).

MA in Hindi / B.Ed / M.Ed

will be an added advantage. Prior teaching experience in

competitive exam preparation (one-day exams)

preferred, but passionate freshers with strong command over Hindi can also apply. Strong knowledge of

Hindi Grammar and competitive exam patterns

(SSC, Banking, Railway, Police, etc.).
Skills & Competencies

Excellent command over

Hindi language (??????? + ???? ????)

. Ability to teach in

clear Hindi

, with occasional use of English exam terms. Strong

board/studio presence

and clear explanation skills. Comfortable with

camera, mic, digital board, PPT-based teaching, YouTube/App live tools

. Basic computer skills - PPT, PDF, WhatsApp, email, and simple Excel/Google Sheets. Student-friendly attitude, patience, and

positive body language

. Discipline in

time management, planning, and regularity of classes

Work Schedule

Full-time,

6 days a week

(1 weekly off - [Day]) Class timings as per batch schedule, usually between

[e.g., 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, in different slots]

Extra classes for

marathons, special sessions, and exam-time revision

may be required.
