Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and examination board requirements. Teach Hindi grammar, literature, prose, poetry, and comprehension effectively to the students. Encourage students to develop fluency in both spoken and written Hindi. Prepare and conduct class assessments, unit tests, and examinations; evaluate and provide constructive feedback. Incorporate innovative teaching strategies, including audio-visual tools, role plays, and project-based learning. Support students in preparing for board exams and competitions related to Hindi language and literature. Maintain classroom discipline, create a positive learning environment, and ensure inclusivity for all learners. Keep records of student progress and provide regular updates to parents and school management. Undertake continuous professional development to enhance subject knowledge and teaching practices.
