Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hindi Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold an

M.A in Hindi and a B.Ed

, and will be capable of delivering instruction in English.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Hindi, ensuring that they align with the curriculum and standards.

- Use English as the medium of instruction to teach Hindi language and literature.

- Evaluate and assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.

- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their Bengali language skills.

- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.

- Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in school meetings and events.

- Prepare and implement remedial programs for students needing extra help.

Qualifications:

- M.A in Hindi (mandatory)

- B.Ed (mandatory)

- Strong command of English for instructional purposes.

- Prior teaching experience in a similar role is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
