Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our educational team in Bangalore and Cuddapah. This full-time, junior position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching Hindi at the primary or secondary education level. The candidate will be essential in nurturing the Hindi language skills of our students while inspiring a love for the language.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Hindi language and literature, enhancing students' comprehension and expression skills effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Official qualification as Hindi pandit to ensure standardized teaching practices and credibility. (Mandatory skill)
  • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree to demonstrate a solid foundation in teaching methodologies. (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to work as Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) to facilitate higher-level Hindi curriculum engagement.
  • Experience in the Primary and Resource Teacher (PRT) role to adapt teaching strategies across varied student levels.
  • Commitment to maintaining an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively plan, assess, and differentiate lesson plans catering to diverse learning needs.
  • Capability to integrate digital learning tools into Hindi teaching to enhance interactive and modern educational experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Hindi lesson plans aligned with Podar's educational philosophy and curriculum requirements.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress in Hindi comprehension and language skills, providing feedback and support as necessary.
  • Instill a passion for the Hindi language and literature in students, nurturing their linguistic and analytical skills.
  • Adapt teaching methods and resources to suit different learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster an integrated interdisciplinary approach to language teaching.
  • Participate actively in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and continuing education initiatives for holistic professional development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes student respect and appreciation for diverse linguistic backgrounds.
  • Stay updated with educational trends and implement best practices to enrich the student learning experience in Hindi subject.
