Roles & Responsibilities
Teach Hindi subject to students from
8th to 10th Standard (ICSE / CBSE / State Board)
as assigned.
Prepare lesson plans aligned with board syllabus and institute standards.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions and ensure conceptual clarity for all students.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback through weekly reports.
Prepare question papers, notes, worksheets, and assignments as required.
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Attend teacher meetings, training sessions, and orientation programs.
Support the academic team in planning and execution of exams and test series.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Hindi, Literature, or related field.
B.Ed. qualification preferred
(not mandatory but an advantage).
Strong command over Hindi grammar, writing, and comprehension skills.
Prior teaching experience in coaching institutes or schools preferred.
Good communication skills and ability to handle classroom interactions confidently.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Ability to manage time, maintain accuracy, and deliver high-quality content.
