Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote product applications.
Explain product features, benefits, and usage in
Hindi
(and English if required).
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about product applications.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Schedule product demos or appointments for the sales team when necessary.
Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and feedback reports.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the management.
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Stay updated with product knowledge and application updates.
Requirements:
Proficiency in
Hindi (mandatory)
and basic English communication skills.
0-2 years of experience in tele calling/customer support (freshers can also apply).
Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
Ability to explain technical/product details in simple language.
Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.
