Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree in
Hindi & Sanskrit with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred
Strong subject knowledge of Hindi grammar and literature
Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi
Familiarity with CBSE guidelines, assessments, and pedagogical practices
Basic computer skills and comfort with digital classroom tools
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Develop and implement lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
Foster a classroom environment conducive to learning and promote respect among students.
Assess students' performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare students for internal assessments and board exams (for Class X).
Use innovative teaching methodologies, including digital tools, to enhance learning.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and training sessions.
Encourage co-curricular activities related to Hindi such as debates, poetry recitation, and drama.
Ensure discipline and adherence to school rules among students.
