Understanding job requirements from hiring managers Sourcing candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Screening profiles and shortlisting suitable candidates Conducting telephonic/virtual interviews (Hindi proficiency required) Scheduling interviews with clients/employers Coordinating final selection & onboarding
