Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons as per the academic curriculum. Teach Hindi language, literature, grammar, and composition to primary or middle school students. Encourage students to develop language skills through reading, writing, speaking, and listening activities. Design and conduct assessments, class tests, and examinations to evaluate student progress. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth. Maintain discipline and encourage respectful behavior in the classroom. Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events. Prepare students for internal and external competitions, language activities, and cultural programs. Maintain records of students' academic performance and progress. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement co-curricular activities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with Hindi as a major subject (For PRT, minimum required; for TGT, preferably B.A./M.A. in Hindi). B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory for TGT; desirable for PRT. Excellent command of the Hindi language, both written and spoken. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Prior teaching experience in a reputed school is preferred. Passion for teaching and ability to motivate students.
