Classes

Grade 1 to Grade 5

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning

Teach

Hindi language

(reading, writing, speaking, grammar) to primary students Use

age-appropriate methods

like stories, poems, rhymes, games, and activities Develop

basic vocabulary, sentence formation, and comprehension skills

Encourage correct

pronunciation and handwriting

Lesson Planning & Assessment

Prepare

daily lesson plans

as per school curriculum Conduct

classwork, homework, and periodic assessments

Evaluate students' progress and provide

constructive feedback

Identify slow learners and give

additional support

Classroom Management

Maintain a

positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment

Promote

student participation and confidence

Manage classroom time effectively
Student Development

Support students'

overall personality and moral development

Encourage

good habits, values, and respect for others

Foster love for the Hindi language and culture
Communication & Coordination

Communicate regularly with

parents

about student progress Work collaboratively with

other teachers and school staff

Attend staff meetings, trainings, and school events
Administrative Duties

Maintain

attendance records and student files

Prepare reports and examination records Follow school rules and academic policies
Required Skills & Qualities

Strong command of

Hindi language

Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children Good communication and classroom management skills Ability to make learning

fun and engaging

Qualifications (Typical)

D.El.Ed / B.El.Ed

or equivalent

CTET / State TET

(for government schools) Graduation preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,404.53 - ₹25,000.00 per month
