Job Summary:

Unicent International School, Hafeezpet, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female Primary Hindi Teacher to teach Hindi to students in Grades 1, 2, and 3. The ideal candidate will create an engaging and interactive learning environment, helping young learners develop proficiency in Hindi language skills--reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension. This full-time, permanent role involves delivering lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum, assessing student progress, and fostering a love for the Hindi language at our Saradanagar Colony campus.

Key Responsibilities

:

Teaching and Curriculum Delivery:

Plan and deliver Hindi lessons tailored to Grades 1, 2, and 3, following the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.

Teach foundational Hindi skills, including varnamala (alphabet), matras, vocabulary, grammar, and simple sentence formation.

Use storytelling, poems, songs, and interactive activities to make learning Hindi enjoyable and effective

Student Development:

Enhance students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Hindi.

Encourage creativity through activities like story writing, recitation, and role-playing in Hindi.

Support students in building confidence in using Hindi in everyday communication.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and respect.

Manage classroom routines and ensure a safe, organized space for young learners.

Assessment and Feedback:

Design age-appropriate assessments (e.g., oral tests, worksheets, and written exercises) to evaluate student progress.

Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records of their performance.

Identify and assist students needing extra support in Hindi language skills.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work with co-teachers and school staff to integrate Hindi with other subjects where applicable.

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's progress through meetings, reports, or informal updates.

Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Hindi Literature, Education, or a related field (B.Ed. with Hindi as a teaching subject is mandatory per CBSE norms).

Additional certification in primary education or language teaching is an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience teaching Hindi at the primary level (Grades???

Skills:

Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) with strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

Ability to engage and motivate young learners with patience and creativity.

Basic proficiency in classroom tools (e.g., smartboards, projectors) is a plus.

Personal Attributes:

Passionate about teaching Hindi and fostering language skills in young children.

Warm, approachable, and patient with primary students.

Female candidates preferred to align with school staffing goals.

Work Environment:

The Primary Hindi Teacher will work at Unicent International School, Saradanagar Colony, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad, in a supportive and child-friendly classroom setting.

Full-time role with standard school hours (typically 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM), with occasional involvement in school events or activities.

Regular interaction with students, parents, and staff is required.
