The Operations Support Executive provides administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The role focuses on coordination, documentation, process support, and timely execution of operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Logistics, etc.)
Maintain records, reports, MIS, and operational documentation
Assist in order processing, invoicing, billing, or service coordination
Track operational KPIs and prepare status reports
Handle client/vendor communication for operational queries
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
Support audits, data verification, and process improvements
Resolve operational issues and escalate when required
