Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Teach Hindi language and literature to students effectively. Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and academic content. Conduct regular assessments, exams, and provide constructive feedback. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment. Support students in improving reading, writing, and speaking skills in Hindi. Coordinate with the academic team for syllabus planning and academic activities. Maintain records of attendance, performance, and academic progress. Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi / Hindi Literature. Prior teaching or lecturing experience preferred. Strong communication skills and command over the Hindi language. Ability to engage students with interactive teaching methods. Good classroom management skills.

Preferred Skills

Patience, dedication, and passion for teaching. Ability to mentor students individually when required. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, online teaching tools).

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
