Design and implement Hindi curriculum as per board guidelines .
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Hindi teachers.
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback.
Organize departmental meetings and maintain teacher performance records.
Develop training programs for continuous teacher improvement.
B.Ed./M.Ed. (preferred for schools)
Experience
Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience in Hindi
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
