Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages from customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers regarding services, feedback, and ongoing requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Generate regular reports on customer interactions and satisfaction.
Support marketing campaigns and outreach activities through customer contact.
Ensure adherence to data privacy and company policies.
Required Skills

Fluent in Hindi
(mandatory)
Good communication skills in
English
(spoken and written)
Knowledge of any
additional language
(Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.) is a plus.
Educational Qualification
:
Any graduate - preferably with specialization in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
Female candidate preferred.
