CRM Executive
who will be responsible for managing customer queries, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting CRM-related activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of CRM tools, good communication skills, and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email).

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, emails, and messages related to queries, complaints, and support.
Maintain accurate customer data and update records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and improved service experience.
Generate basic reports from the CRM system and share updates with the team.
Assist in customer retention activities and relationship-building initiatives.
Support daily CRM operations and maintain proper documentation.
