Our client is seeking new Experts to contribute to the development of our Greenlight hub, an in-person facility for drivers. We are in search of individuals with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, who are comfortable with face-to-face interactions. The Greenlight hub serves to assist and educate our client's partners as they expand their driving business. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new driver partners, delivering outstanding support, and adapting swiftly to the evolving business landscape. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a high-performing Operations team and gain insight into day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate possesses retail or customer service experience, excels in communication with partners, and is passionate about empowering others. Additionally, you should demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting, possess strong organizational skills, and exhibit patience as a teacher. A self-motivated approach and strong teamwork capabilities are essential. This is a temporary, contract position with the potential for extension.
