Addressing clients\' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. Noting important details of each conversation. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Answering questions about products or the company. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects. Use various databases and online resources to build a list of potential customers. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospects, introducing the company\'s products or services, and explaining their benefits. Customize your pitch based on the prospect\'s needs and interests. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company\'s products or services. Be able to explain their features, advantages, and benefits clearly to potential customers.
