- Edit content produced by other members of the team.
- Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
- Submit work to editors for input and approval.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate captions.
- Promote content on social media.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of how to write and edit in Hindi or Bengali.
- Ability to edit, proofread and improve Hindi or Bengali Content.
- Command over the Hindi or Bengali language
- Must be versatile and creative writing style.
- Conducting research on Daily news topics based on current affairs, generating ideas for new content types, and proofreading articles before publication.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in English, Bengali Journalism or Hindi related field.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including caption, email marketing and web analytics.
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.
- At least one years of experience writing.
