Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers on behalf of IDFC Bank Communicate clearly with customers in Hindi Explain banking products such as Loans, Credit Cards, and Account Services Handle customer queries and provide basic support Achieve daily calling and performance targets Maintain accurate customer records in the system Follow bank processes and compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred) Strong Hindi communication skills are mandatory Prior experience in Telecalling / BPO / Banking process is an advantage Freshers are welcome to apply Basic computer knowledge required
Skills Required:

Excellent communication and convincing skills Customer-handling ability Target-oriented approach Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Work Details:

Day Shift 6 Days Working | 1 Weekly Off Immediate joining preferred
