Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift
Salary Range: ?13,000 to ?18,000 + Incentives
Experience: 0-5 years (Freshers are welcome)
Qualifications: Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, primarily targeting employers, to promote and sell salary accounts for their employees.
Identify and generate leads through cold calling and follow up on existing prospects.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve daily call targets and contribute to team sales goals.
Accurately update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Address client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (Malayalam is optional).
Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Familiarity with the sales process, including lead management and achieving targets.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a high-pressure environment.
Basic proficiency in using phone systems and CRM tools for efficient lead management.
