Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using a variety of tools and technologies.
Work within an Agile framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
Utilize Jira to manage project tasks, track progress, and prioritize work items, ensuring on-time delivery of software solutions.
Utilize Databricks, AWS S3, and other data management tools to process, store, and analyze large datasets critical to the health insurance domain.
Builds and maintains ETL/ ELT pipelines for large data sets as well as complex data transformations.
Follows industry standards while designing the solution and developing the code continuous integration to ensure software reliability and scalability.
Implement best practices for code quality, automated testing, and create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and user guides.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and system issues to ensure optimal software performance.
Implement and follow best practices for data security and compliance with relevant regulations in the healthcare industry.
Required Skills:

Required Experience & Education:
3-5 years in total related experience.
1+ years of hands-on experience handling data loading, transforming, and cleaning in Databricks.
Extensive experience in programming languages - such as Python, SQL, SPARK.
Experience in Cloud technologies is mandatory.
Certification in Spark development is preferred but not mandatory.
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
Terraform, AWS.
Experience with Logging, Error Handling and Dashboards (DyanaTrace, Splunk etc.).
Experience with Production Support Policies and Procedures.
Desired Experience:
AWS and or Databricks certification.
Understanding of Enterprise Gateways and related functionality.
Understanding of EDI.
Healthcare Industry Experience.
