Job Description

Provide L2/L3 support for production applications, ensuring high availability and quick resolution of incidents. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in applications built using Java, Perl, and Python. Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes. Support front-end components built on React JS for issue analysis and resolution. Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues. Perform data analysis and query optimization using relational databases like Teradata and Oracle. Debug and integrate RESTful APIs and web services for seamless application functionality. Automate routine support tasks and improve operational efficiency. Document incident resolutions, root cause analyses, and standard operating procedures.

Manage multiple incidents and service requests simultaneously, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
