The job profile for this position is QA Advisor, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role.

This position will be responsible for leading a team of offshore testing teams supporting myCigna.com web and mobile application. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time. Overall, the QA & Testing Advisor will partner with US-based counterparts in managing offshore deliverables and shaping the testing strategy for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Understands various back-end and front-end architecture components required to formulate test strategies Works with both onsite (Scrum Master, Product, QA and Developers) and offshore QA

team members in properly defining testable scenarios based on requirements/acceptance criteria

Helps define test data criteria and partners with Data team to obtain the data Participates in sprint-level, integration and regression test planning and execution Determines priorities for test scenarios and creates effective execution plans Understands the basics of scripting to run automated tests to ensure

consistency, repeatability and accelerates delivery

Performs manual and exploratory testing Performs defect reporting and triaging Analyzes failure patterns and determine corrective actions to eliminate the errors

Adheres to the organization's Quality Engineering best practices while helping to drive

changes to our testing practices where necessary

Required Experience / Qualifications:

Have 8+ years of experience in testing both web and mobile applications Experience in business requirement analysis, test design, defect logging and tracking Solid experience in testing methodologies and software testing principles Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment Experience with test management tools like Rally and Jira Align Hands-on experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, Insomnia, etc. Hands-on experience with User Experience (UX) testing Experience with SQL and Database/backend testing

Desired Experience / Qualifications:

Healthcare domain knowledge Web and Mobile - API, UX and Data (both manual and automation experience) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional analytical skills, highly organized, self-motivated and a quick learner Flexible and willing to accept change in priorities as necessary Good understanding of programming languages (e.g. C#, Java, JavaScript, Typescript, OOPS concepts) and automation tools (REST Assured for API, Selenium, WebDriver, Appium, Cypress for UI) Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cucumber Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) experience is a plus
