Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Highway Engineer to join our team and drive forward the planning, design, and management of transportation infrastructure projects. In this role, you will lead efforts to develop innovative system designs, oversee construction management activities, and utilize advanced civil engineering tools to ensure project success. Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, and development of highway and transportation infrastructure projects using CAD software such as Civil 3D, MicroStation, and AutoCAD. Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of all phases from conception through construction. Oversee construction management activities, including site inspections, quality assurance, and coordination with contractors. Prepare detailed technical reports, project documentation, and construction specifications through effective technical writing. Implement project management best practices to monitor progress, control budgets, and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles.

Experience

Proven experience in civil engineering with a focus on highway or transportation projects. Strong background in project scheduling, construction management, and system design processes. Hands-on experience with construction activities, project engineering tasks, and technical documentation. Familiarity with transportation planning principles and civil engineering standards related to highway systems. Knowledge of project management methodologies to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
