Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Highway Engineer

to join our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in highway design, construction, and project management with at least

5 years of proven experience

in highway and road projects. You will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and executing highway infrastructure projects in compliance with national and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of highways, expressways, and road networks. Prepare detailed project reports (DPRs), drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities. Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines. Ensure adherence to MoRTH, IRC, and other applicable codes and guidelines. Review and approve materials, traffic management plans, and quality assurance procedures. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred). Minimum

5 years of experience

in highway engineering or similar infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of

IRC, MoRTH, and relevant international standards

. Experience in DPR preparation, alignment design, and pavement engineering. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Willingness to travel or work at project sites as required.
