Work you'll do:
Assist in designing and implementing HighRadius cloud solutions to improve Order to Cash efficiency.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to document business requirements and analyze current and future state processes.
Support identification of process gaps and contribute to developing gap closure solutions.
Participate in testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities for Highradius cloud implementations.
Prepare deliverables such as design documents, test cases, training materials, and status updates.
Support operations by addressing user queries, explaining custom account logic to minimize issues, and monitoring accounts receivable synchronization between staging and module tables.
Ensure process stability and drive continuous improvement across HighRadius operations.
