Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Physics to high school students (CBSE board) in alignment with NCERT syllabi.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Physics;

B.Ed. mandatory

(as per CBSE norms). Master's degree in Physics (preferred). Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and NCERT textbooks. Excellent communication and classroom-management skills. Ability to engage students through experiments, demonstrations, and digital tools. Proficient in using smart boards, educational software, and presentation tools. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and interactive classroom activities. Conduct practical sessions in the Physics laboratory; ensure safety procedures are followed. Assess student performance through class tests, assignments, projects, and examinations. Provide additional academic support to students who require clarification or remedial teaching. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress. Utilize innovative teaching methods including ICT tools, simulations, and models. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic planning sessions. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Support the school's academic and co-curricular initiatives.
