Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Physics Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction to students of Classes 6 to 10, following the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore the wonders of physics through engaging lessons, hands-on experiments, and real-world applications, while preparing them thoroughly for board examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the CBSE Physics syllabus. Explain complex scientific concepts in a clear and relatable manner. Conduct experiments and practical sessions in the Physics lab to reinforce theoretical knowledge. Prepare students for CBSE board exams, including sample papers, revision tests, and doubt-clearing sessions. Assess students' progress through assignments, projects, and periodic tests. Maintain detailed academic records and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Integrate technology and digital tools to enhance learning experiences. Organize and supervise science exhibitions, Olympiad training, and other co-curricular activities. Participate in departmental meetings, staff development programs, and school-wide events. Uphold a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, inquiry, and academic excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Physics; Master's degree (M.Sc.) preferred. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory. Minimum 2-5 years of experience teaching Physics at the senior secondary level (CBSE preferred). Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum, marking schemes, and exam patterns. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve academic success. Proficient in using modern educational technology (smartboards, online assessments, etc.).

Desirable Skills:

Experience in preparing students for competitive exams (NEET, JEE, CUET, etc.). Certification in digital teaching tools or e-learning platforms. Passion for innovation in teaching and learning processes.
