High School English Teacher

to join our faculty and lead students toward language mastery and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Teach English Language and Literature to students of Grades 6 to 10. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and board guidelines. Focus on developing student skills in grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, writing, and speaking. Prepare assessments, conduct evaluations, and maintain student performance records. Create an inclusive, interactive, and student-centered classroom environment. Encourage reading habits and support extracurricular activities like debates, elocutions, and essay writing. Collaborate with other faculty for academic planning and co-curricular programs. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Literature or related field. B.Ed. qualification is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of high school teaching experience preferred. Excellent command over English language and communication. Passion for education and the ability to motivate young learners. Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
