:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate High School English Teacher to teach students of Classes 6 to 10 . The candidate should be skilled in teaching English language and literature, and capable of developing students' reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English grammar, prose, poetry, drama, and writing skills as per the curriculum

Prepare lesson plans aligned with CBSE standards

Improve students' communication, comprehension, and vocabulary skills

Conduct assessments, examinations, and evaluate answer scripts

Encourage creative writing, debates, speeches, and literary activities

Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment

Provide feedback to students and communicate academic progress to parents

Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's Degree in English (B.A.)

B.Ed. is mandatory

Master's Degree in English (M.A.) - preferred

Teaching experience at high school level

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong classroom management skills

Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively

Passion for teaching and student development

Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms

Experience:

3-5 years of teaching experience preferred

Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply
