Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA preferred)
• B.Ed. qualification is mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of teaching and academic leadership experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and assessment tools

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership

• Lead and manage academic programs in the High School section.
• Oversee curriculum planning, lesson execution, and classroom effectiveness.
• Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with school vision and educational goals.

Teacher Mentorship & Development

• Guide teachers in lesson planning, assessments, and classroom strategies.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback (at least twice per month per teacher).
• Plan and implement professional development and training sessions.
• Mentor new teachers and manage the induction process.

Student Performance & Assessments

• Monitor and analyze student performance through regular assessments.
• Ensure effective implementation of exams, homework policies, and remedial action plans.
• Track academic progress and ensure necessary academic support is provided.

Coordination & Communication

• Act as a liaison between teachers, parents, and the school leadership team.
• Promote team collaboration and sharing of academic best practices.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with parents as per school norms.

Administrative Support

• Assist the Principal with timetabling, staffing, and academic planning.
• Coordinate with the central academic team to align curriculum standards.
• Manage textbooks, academic resources, and classroom equipment requirements.

School Development & Planning

• Lead monthly and term-end academic reviews.
• Support the implementation of the School Development Plan.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
