We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Quality Inspector (Hexagon)

to join our team at KR Puram. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in

Hexagon CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)

operations and a strong understanding of quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

dimensional inspection

using

Hexagon CMM

and other quality instruments. Ensure components and assemblies meet specified

tolerances and quality standards

. Prepare and maintain

inspection reports

and documentation. Identify, report, and assist in resolving

non-conformities and defects

. Work closely with the

production and engineering

teams to ensure quality compliance. Maintain

inspection equipment calibration

and ensure adherence to company standards. Participate in

root cause analysis

and

continuous improvement initiatives

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing setup. Hands-on experience in

Hexagon CMM operations

(mandatory). Knowledge of

GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

and engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
