Senior Associate Central Litigation

- To manage and supervise Data base of Centralised activities like, Arbitration and Sec-138 NI Act Complaints (end to end),

- Monitoring issuance of Dunning Notices, In-house drafting of Replies, Rejoinder etc. and suggesting any process improvements etc.

- Arbitration- Vetting and arrange for issuance of arbitration invocation Notices, Arbitration Reference Notices and filing of Claim Petition /Evidences;

- Monitoring the process of filing of Sec. 9 /Sec. 11 Petitions and ensure to obtain the Provisional attachment Orders (account attachment and property attachment) /restraint Orders from the respective Courts/Arbitral Tribunal.

- Marking appearances in ad-hoc / Sec. 11 initiated Arbitration proceedings, facing Cross examination and filing Evidence in Arbitration matters etc.;

- Arranging Account tracing and asset tracing of borrowers,

- Arrange to obtain Borrower\'s Account and Assets for obtaining Interim awards;

- Filing of Execution Petition under Order 21, CPC;

- Attachment of borrower\'s Bank Account and attachment of immovable properties through Execution process,

- Arrange for execution of:- (i) Court Notices through process server, (ii) Warrants of attachment through Court Bailiff, (iii) Warrant of Arrest through local Police etc.

- Section 138 NI Act /25 PSS Act Proceedings - Vetting of 138 /25 Demand notices and complaints, appearance before various Trial courts of Delhi & NCR, facing Cross examination and filing Evidence in such matters etc.

- Arrange for conducting Conciliation and Pre-litigation Mediation sessions across all LOBs,

- Ensure to check hygiene check of Legal MISs for dissemination of correct information of ongoing Litigations with various stakeholders.

- Review in terms of legal performance across the vendors of all the locations for providing legal support with suggestions to overcome the challenges in the future.

- Present the legal performance across all metrics to the Litigation Head and General Counsel of the company.
