Job Summary

The Machine Helper assists machine operators in setting up, operating, cleaning, and maintaining machines. The role involves handling materials, ensuring smooth machine operations, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist machine operators during machine operation Load and unload raw materials and finished products Clean machines and surrounding work areas regularly Help in basic machine setup and changeovers Check materials for defects and report issues to the supervisor Follow safety rules and use protective equipment properly Support routine maintenance activities as instructed Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Skills & Abilities

Basic understanding of machines and tools Ability to follow instructions carefully Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials Teamwork and willingness to learn Attention to safety and cleanliness
Qualifications

Minimum: Basic education (school-level) No prior experience required (training can be provided) Experience in manufacturing or factory work is an advantage
Working Conditions

Factory or workshop environment May involve shift work Standing for long periods and handling materials

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
