Assist in day-to-day manufacturing and production activities
Support machine operators and supervisors on the shop floor
Handle raw materials, tools, and finished goods
Perform loading, unloading, packing, and basic assembly work
Maintain cleanliness and follow safety rules in the workplace
Follow instructions and meet production targets
Requirements:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass or ITI
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts
Basic understanding of factory work (training will be provided)
Hardworking, disciplined, and punctual
