Qualifications

Must have completed 10th/ITI (Electrician / Electronics / Wireman). Prior experience in construction/electrical/solar projects preferred. Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, tools, safety procedures and PPE. Physical fitness to work at heights (rooftop installations) and outdoor conditions. Must own a bike with a valid driving license.

Skills Required

Willingness to learn basic solar installation tasks. Ability to follow instructions carefully. Discipline, punctuality, and teamwork. Awareness of safety practices at site.

Roles and Responsibilities

Carry and arrange solar panels, structures, cables, and tools at the site. Assist technicians in panel mounting and alignment. Support in basic wiring work (handing tools, holding cables, etc.). Clean solar panels and help in routine operation & maintenance. Ensure proper site cleanliness and safety compliance. Follow instructions from the Technician/Site Engineer.

Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
