Assist machine operators and fitters in day-to-day production work.
Load and unload raw materials, tools, and finished goods.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
Support in shifting, packing, and labeling of components.
Follow supervisor instructions and company safety rules.
Help during machine setup, changeover, and routine maintenance.
Ensure timely material supply to production lines.
Report any abnormal conditions to the supervisor immediately.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 8th / 10th Pass.
0-1 years of experience in manufacturing or mechanical industry preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of shop floor activities.
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented.
