Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day production activities on the shop floor
Support machine operators and technicians in operational tasks
Basic machine handling, assembly, and maintenance assistance
Follow safety and quality compliance as per industry standards
Maintain proper documentation and reporting of work activities
Coordination with the production team to ensure smooth workflow
Participate in training programs to develop technical skills
Maintain cleanliness and 5S discipline in the work area
Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Mechanical (or any technical stream)
Freshers are eligible to apply
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes preferred
Physically fit and willing to work in a plant environment
