We are seeking a reliable Helper to assist in day-to-day operations, support skilled workers, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The Helper will perform basic tasks such as material handling, cleaning, loading/unloading, and providing support wherever needed to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled workers, technicians, or machine operators in daily tasks.
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Support assembly, packing, or production tasks as required.
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
Operate basic tools or equipment under supervision (if required).
Skills & Qualifications:
No formal education required; basic literacy preferred.
Prior experience as a Helper or in general labor is an advantage.
Ability to lift and carry materials as needed.
Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic understanding of workplace safety.
