Job Description

Job Purpose:

To assist the machine operator in running paper bag making machines, ensuring smooth production, quality output, and timely completion of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the machine operator in setting up, loading raw material, and preparing the machine for production. Monitor the machine operation and support in feeding paper rolls, glue, handles, and other inputs. Collect finished paper bags, check for basic quality (size, printing, folding, pasting), and stack them properly. Ensure raw material availability and maintain cleanliness around the machine. Help in minor adjustments under the operator's guidance to avoid downtime. Support in packaging and bundling of finished bags for dispatch. Follow safety guidelines and report any machine issues to the operator/supervisor. Maintain production discipline and assist in achieving daily targets.

Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of factory/production work. Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of raw material and finished goods. Ability to work in a team under the guidance of senior operators. Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to overtime if required. Prior experience in packaging/paper industry will be an added advantage.

Education & Experience:

Minimum 10th/12th Pass. 0-2 years of experience in a packaging or manufacturing unit.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
