Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable

Helper (Male)

to support daily operations in our signage production and installation unit. The ideal candidate will assist skilled technicians in the fabrication, finishing, and installation of signage, including white acrylic signs, illuminated signage, vinyl graphics, and related materials. This role is well-suited for individuals eager to learn and grow within the signage and advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist technicians in the fabrication and assembly of signage materials such as acrylic, PVC, aluminum, and vinyl Support the preparation of white and illuminated signage (cutting, cleaning, polishing, and finishing) Help during on-site signage installation, including loading, unloading, and positioning materials Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and tools Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision Assist with wiring and lighting components for LED/illuminated signs (as trained) Follow safety procedures and company quality standards at all times Perform other general labor and support tasks as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum education: Basic schooling preferred Prior experience in signage, fabrication, or workshop environments is an advantage but not mandatory Willingness to learn and follow instructions Physically fit and able to handle manual work Basic understanding of tools and materials is a plus Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude

Good hand-eye coordination Attention to detail, especially for finishing white signage surfaces Time management and reliability Basic safety awareness Strong work ethic and adaptability
Working Conditions

Workshop and outdoor site work May require lifting, standing for long periods, and working at heights during installations Overtime or weekend work may be required based on project needs
