Job Summary:

The Helper in the Full & Final Production Department is responsible for assisting the production team in completing the final stages of the manufacturing process. This includes performing quality checks, packaging, labelling, organizing finished goods, and ensuring products meet company standards before dispatch. The role also involves supporting inventory management and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the production team with final production activities such as

quality checks, packaging, and labelling

of finished goods. Ensure proper

handling and storage

of finished products to prevent damage. Conduct basic

quality control checks

to identify defects or inconsistencies and report issues to the supervisor. Assist in

assembling, bundling, or preparing

products for shipment using appropriate packaging materials. Ensure accurate

labelling

of products, including product codes, batch details, and expiration dates. Maintain a

clean, hygienic, and organized

work area in compliance with safety standards. Support

inventory management

through counting, organizing, and moving products in storage areas. Transport finished goods from the

production line to packaging or warehouse

areas. Assist in

documenting production batches

and updating relevant production records. Help with

loading and unloading

materials and finished products for dispatch or distribution. Coordinate with departments like

Quality Control and Warehouse

to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries. Perform additional tasks as required to support efficient production operations. Follow all

safety protocols

and use required PPE when working in production areas. Report any

equipment malfunctions or safety hazards

immediately to the supervisor. Ensure compliance with the company's

quality, safety, and environmental

standards. Participate in

training sessions

to improve production skills and safety awareness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
