Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and dedicated freshers to join our factory team as

Helpers

. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day shopfloor activities including material handling, machine support, and maintaining cleanliness. This is an entry-level role and training will be provided on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist machine operators and production staff in daily tasks Load and unload raw materials and finished goods Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the shopfloor Pack, label, and move products as instructed Follow safety protocols and company guidelines Support in basic maintenance and housekeeping work Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or line manager

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment Punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn Ability to follow instructions and work in a team Willing to work in shifts (if required)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
