Job Summary

We are looking for a

dedicated and reliable Helper

to assist in the daily operations of a reputed

designer fashion and lifestyle store

. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, well-mannered, and capable of supporting the sales and store team with routine tasks, ensuring smooth functioning of store activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in

product handling, display arrangement, and stock movement.

Maintain

cleanliness and organization

of the store, trial rooms, and display areas. Support in

packing and unpacking

of garments and accessories. Help in

inventory counting

and storage of new stock. Assist customers with bags, trial assistance, and other basic store requirements. Coordinate with the store staff during

billing, deliveries, and events.

Follow store rules, maintain discipline, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Skills & Competencies

Punctual, honest, and hardworking. Basic understanding of store operations. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Neat appearance and polite behavior with customers and staff.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum

10th pass or equivalent.

1-2 years of experience

in store/retail assistance preferred.

Male candidates only.

Working Hours

11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

(Monday to Sunday, with one weekly off)

Compensation

Salary:

10,000 - 12,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
