Job Title: Fabrication Helper

Department: Fabrication / Production

Reports To: Fabricator / Fabrication Supervisor/Fitter.

Job Summary:

The Fabrication Helper assists welders, fitters, and fabricators in assembling, cutting, grinding, and preparing metal components for production. The role involves maintaining tools, cleaning work areas, and supporting fabrication operations to ensure smooth and safe workflow in the workshop or site.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist fabricators and welders in measuring, cutting, drilling, and grinding metal parts.

Hold, position, and align materials and workpieces during fabrication or welding.

Operate basic hand tools, grinders, and power tools under supervision.

Clean and prepare materials before fabrication and after completion of work.

Load and unload materials, tools, and finished products.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fabrication area.

Follow safety rules, wear proper PPE, and support a safe working environment.

Assist in moving heavy materials using cranes, hoists, or lifting devices.

Support daily maintenance of fabrication tools and equipment.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Fabricator or Supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 5th/10th pass or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
