Construction Helpers support skilled workers on site by performing basic labor tasks, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Assist masons, carpenters, steel fixers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades
Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
Mix cement, mortar, and concrete as instructed
Clean work areas and remove debris
Assist in scaffolding, formwork, and temporary works
Hold tools and materials for skilled workers
Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times
Perform basic digging, lifting, and manual labor tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
No formal education required (basic literacy preferred)
Previous construction experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Physically fit and able to perform manual work
Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines
