The Construction Helper assists skilled workers and supervisors in daily construction activities. The role involves manual labor, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment on the construction site.
Key Responsibilities
Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled workers
Carry, load, and unload construction materials and tools
Prepare and clean work areas before and after tasks
Mix cement, mortar, and other construction materials as instructed
Support supervisors and follow site instructions
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping on site
Follow health and safety rules and wear protective equipment
Perform other general site duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements
No formal education required (basic reading skills preferred)
Prior construction experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to work in outdoor and site conditions
